To qualify for the Worked All Washtenaw award, a station must:

1. Contact another amateur radio station in all 20 Washtenaw County (Michigan) townships, including Ann Arbor, Augusta, Bridgewater, Dexter, Freedom, Lima, Lodi, Lyndon, Manchester, Northifield, Pittsfield, Salem, Saline, Scio, Sharon, Superior, Sylvan, Webster, York, and Ypsilanti.
   If a station contacted is within a city or village, the applicant can claim credit for either the township of the same name or the township that the location would be in if it were not part of the city. For example, a contact with a station on the far south side of Ann Arbor could be claimed as a contact with Ann Arbor Township or Pittsfield Township.
2. Applicants can use any legal mode, including EchoLink.
3. Submit a log of all 20 contacts that includes the callsign of the amateur radio station contacted, the township in which the station was located at the time, the date of the contact, and the mode used to contact the station.
4. The log shall be submitted by e-mail to awards@w8pgw.org or by U.S. mail to Awards Chair, ARROW Communications Assn., PO Box 1572, Ann Arbor, MI 48106-
   1572. (Save money–send it by e-mail!)
5. Successful applicants will be issued a numbered certificate suitable for framing.
6. Within reason, an applicant may also apply for an “endorsement.” For example, if an applicant has worked all townships using CW, then the applicant can applicant can request a CW endorsement. All endorsement grants are subject to the decision of the Awards Chair. Other endorsements might that are possible include:
   • /M. Apply for this endorsement if you’ve worked all stations while operating mobile.
   • /BM. Apply for this endorsement if you’ve worked all stations while operating bicycle mobile.
   • /QRP. Apply for this endorsement if you’ve worked all stations while operating with an output power of 5 W or less.
   • /U18. Apply for this endorsement if the operators of the stations you’ve worked are all under 18 years of age.
   • /AZ. Apply for this endorsement if you’ve worked all the zip codes in the county.

We reserve the right to change any rules, and we use the term loosely, at any time. The purpose of this is to have fun!
